Why this apartment for SOFCOT 2026
Three days of dense sessions, and a gala dinner in the evening. A separate bedroom plus a living room beats a hotel room when you come back late and share the place with a colleague.
What matters during a show week
A parking space included in the residence. During the big weeks, parking in Cannes is the real problem.
A dedicated desk and fibre internet, so you can hold a video call from the apartment.
A full kitchen and a washing machine, which changes everything on a stay longer than three nights.
A residential district up the hill, fifteen minutes on foot from the Croisette but away from the noise of the parties.
