Why this apartment for MIPCOM 2026

The market runs on thirty minute meetings all day. Fibre internet and a desk let you prepare the next day without going back to the Palais at night.

What matters during a show week

• A parking space included in the residence. During the big weeks, parking in Cannes is the real problem.

• A dedicated desk and fibre internet, so you can hold a video call from the apartment.

• A full kitchen and a washing machine, which changes everything on a stay longer than three nights.

• A residential district up the hill, fifteen minutes on foot from the Croisette but away from the noise of the parties.
